They have both indoor and outdoor seating. 1. French Cream Donut (4/5) The dough was airy and light and the cream is like whipped butter. If you are a butter lover, you'll love it. I like that it's not too sweet. Worth a try as it's definitely unique and not found in your everyday American bakery. 2. Coffee Hazelnut Noisella Crookie (5/5) It doesn't look appetizing, but if you like croissants and cookies, this is like the 2 married and merged into 1. You have the crispy consistency of the croissant and the chewy consistency of the cookie. When toasted and warmed, the chocolate and hazelnut/nutella filling melts delightfully into a delicate lava. Worth a stop if you're in the area or after a doctor's appointment ”

“ le pain is a restaurant that'll simply never disappoint you! the service is attentive and friendly, the food is always fresh with great quality ingredients and taste, and the seating outside is great. the restaurant is usually pretty calm, so it's my go to for a quick sit down. the cappuccino is delicious and the belgian waffle dessert is out of this world. i love the mediterranean caesar salad and get it almost every time. ”

“ While in the area, I decided to stop in here for a weekday breakfast. This restaurant has indoor as well as outdoor seating. They seem to specialize in bakery products, and everything looked quite delicious. I ordered the Belgian Waffle, which goes for $13, It was actually quite delicous, but very small. You would really need to order two of these to have a more hearty breakfast. I was left with the impression that that's the sort of place this is -- very nice, very good food, but small portions. I also ordered a cup of hot coffee, and was surprised to see they served it in a cup with no handle. I've never seen that before anywhere. I asked and the waiter told me that the purpose behind that was to help you warm your hands. I thought that was kind of weird, but I guess they are trying to appeal to a certain type of person that finds that sort of thing appealing. ”

The two pastries I would suggest are the cream donut, its light and airy, but just make sure you don't have an important meeting or party you are going to right after because the powdered sugar will get on you, but if you want something dense and want to indulge get the chocolate chip cookie croissant and if you are eating it there add a little bit of their hazelnut spread. It'll put your sweet cravings at ease. ”

“ This Le Pain branch is located on Ventura Blvd in a front-facing unit of a medical center. They have a sizable patio for outdoor dining. The indoor dining area is also decent-sized. If you eat here, it has to be full on dine-in: you sit, server takes your order, you get your order, and then you pay. They do have a counter just inside the front door if you want to grab some bread and take it to go, which we've done several times in the past. I just wanted some coffee and a toast and enjoy it sitting down but I guess I had to do the whole dine-in method for it. I was offered several different kinds of bread for my toast and I went with the plainest - baguette. There were different spreads as well butter available. The iced latte is strong and delicious. I was ably to order a loaf of bread to take home on the same table/bill too. Staff are fast, calm, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Metered Parking is available in the surrounding streets. There is also underground parking in the same building Le Pain is located at. I know the clinics offer validation; I'm not sure if Le Pain does. ”
